Our 5 Favorites- The Best 3 Day Cleanses For Weight Loss

I love 3 day cleanses.

They’re long enough to be effective for improving your digestive system, feeling more energetic, and losing weight, but they’re not so long that I get completely bored by it.

There’s also a lot of products out there that say that they’re great and you might be wondering: which 3 day cleanse is really the best one for me?

I was wondering the same exact thing which is why I went online and researched all of the possible 3-day cleanses out there to try and figure out which one is the healthiest, highest-recommended, and just overall best.

Here are the results!

This is hands down the best 3 day cleanse you can get.

This is a juice cleanse which means that you won’t be eating any solid food during the 3-day detox period.

You’ll get 18 total bottles that you should drink every 2-3 hours, and if you really start craving something solid, you can eat a raw vegetable.

This cleanse is perfect for beginners or people who are just getting into cleansing because the products taste great, they’re easy to consume, and your caloric intake won’t be so low that you won’t be able to do anything.

It’s also all-natural and cold-pressed which helps preserve all of the nutrients and enzymes in the juice.

Quick note: the package will arrive frozen and you can freeze the juice if you don’t plan on drinking it within 3 days of arriving.

2. Juice from the Raw 3 Day Organic juice Cleanse- Believer Cleanse

This cleanse is similar to the Whenever cleanse.

It’s also a juice cleanse and the only difference is that this one has 2 bottles of sweet greens instead of 1 sweet greens and 1 root veggies.

Personally I’m not against beets, but if you don’t like them then this version might actually be better for you as the root veggies version contains beets.

This is also cold-pressed and all organic so you can be sure that you’re consuming the healthiest ingredients during the cleanse.

This isn’t a bad cleanse for a beginner, but if you’ve never cleansed before you might struggle.

3. Brigitte’s Naturally Kale Power 3-day Cleanse, Green Smoothies

This cleanse is similar to the juice cleanses above, but this is a smoothie cleanse.

I personally like both of them, but you might find the smoothie cleanse to be easier as it feels a little bit more similar to the solid food you might be used to.

These smoothies will replace your breakfast and lunch, but you’re supposed to cook a healthy dinner for yourself. This makes life both easier and harder because you have to cook, but the good news is that you can at least get some solid food in you during the cleanse.

The smoothies actually taste pretty good, but I’ve known some people who didn’t like the taste.

4. Kaeng Raeng Natural Detox Cleanse 3 Day

This one is a bit different.

It’s a powder that you can add to water, smoothies, or juice that you make yourself.

It’s fairly expensive, and if you’re not using it simply with water and if you’re mixing it with smoothies then you might as well purchase the smoothie or juice cleanses above.

There’s 3 flavors and all of them don’t taste horrible, but don’t taste great either. They’re all sort of bland which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

I prefer adding juice to it, but you can also do it just with pure water.

5. Juice from the Raw 3 Day Organic Juice Cleanse- Forever Cleanse

This is the most advanced version of all of the Juice from the Raw programs.

This is a super green program with 2 sweet green juices and 2 detox green juices.

You’ll also receive spicy lemonade and coconut fusion to drink in between the greens so you can get some “dessert” taste into your stomach.

I don’t recommend doing this unless you’ve tried multiple juice cleanses before because you’ll probably drop off if this is your first time cleansing and there’s no point in hurting your body like that.

Of course you can try doing this cleanse without any preparation, but more likely than not you’ll stop after a day because your body will be crying out in pain.

Conclusion

As you can see you have a ton of options when choosing a 3 day cleanse.

You can get some juices, smoothies, or powders and they will all work in the same way.

They’ll help you lose weight, feel better and more energetic, and eat healthier after the cleanse.

While the cleanses above are the best based on feedback from numerous people who have tried them, the best 3 day cleanse for you might be different based on how healthy you’re currently eating, how many cleanses you’ve already done, and how dedicated you are to the whole process.
