Pulling off the perfect Valentine’s Day requires just the right balance of preparation and romance. But how can you manage that when you’re strapped for cash and tight on time?

Whether you need to order flowers or have dinner delivered (or both), your dream Feb. 14 is just a smartphone download away. These are our seven favorite apps for Valentine’s Day.

1. Postmates

You don’t have to be the best chef in the world to impress your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Just order a romantic dinner and, with a little help from the app Postmates, have it delivered to your home in under an hour. You can even live track your food as it’s on its way.

Find out if delivery is available in your area on the Postmates website. Your bill will include a 9% service fee applied to the purchase price of your items. Delivery fees start at $5 and increase based on distance.

2. Doughbies

Is baking not your thing, either? If you live in California, the Doughbies app promises “freshly baked treats when you want them.”

Simply order your favorite cookie and wait for it to arrive. You’ll enjoy next-day delivery throughout the state, but if you live in San Francisco, you could receive your order within 20 minutes.

3. RedStamp

To capture the thoughtfulness of a Valentine’s Day card without the hassle of visiting your local drug store, download RedStamp. The app allows users to personalize and send digital or paper cards. Choose your card and have it sent straight to your valentine — all for less than $3.

4. BloomThat

Your sweetie would likely appreciate a flower delivery this Valentine’s Day, but if you don’t have time to swing by the local florist, have no fear.

BloomThat is an app that lets you to select a flower arrangement and schedule it for delivery. Same-day delivery costs $7.99, where available, and next-day delivery costs $9.99-$24.99 on top of the cost of flowers.

5. Pandora

Set the mood for your romantic evening with a playlist of your favorite love songs. Simply download the Pandora radio app on your smartphone or Apple Watch.

After you’ve signed up for a free account, you can create up to 100 radio stations based on your personal preferences.

6. The Coupons App

Don’t want to spend a fortune on your Valentine’s Day shopping? Use the Coupons App to save money on gift purchases at department stores, food orders at restaurants, and other V-Day essentials. The free download promises to include coupons from over 100,000 retailers. You can even receive alert notifications for new deals or deals that are near to you.

7. Pic Collage

After a memorable Valentine’s Day, you’ll surely have a picture or two. But before you share your images on social media, try downloading Pic Collage, a photo editor and collage maker. The free app allows you to import pictures from your camera roll, then add borders, stickers, text, backgrounds and more.
